This simple and free application gives you quick access to just about any program on your PC, but doesn't offer any groundbreaking features or functionality. The utility installs as a toolbar on the bottom half of your screen and contains icons for accessing your Control Panel, desktop, system utilities, and Office programs. If you want, you also can let the application install bundled bookmarks for such topics as sports, news, and entertainment. By default, the toolbar is cluttered and hogs way too much screen space, but you can remove any buttons you don't use and reposition and resize the program to make it less obtrusive. You also can add any frequently used programs to the toolbar, with just a few clicks. For example, you might create a category for media players, then add iTunes, MusicMatch, or any other jukeboxes you prefer. Still, since JetToolBar duplicates much of the functionality of the desktop and the system tray, some users may find getting accustomed to using the program actually wastes more time than it saves. Still, heavy-duty multitaskers might want to take this freebie for a test drive.Publisher's description
From COWON America :JetToolBar is a simple program that creates 14 default categories of shortcuts for applications and bookmarks of recommended Web sites. Position the toolbar on any edge of the screen, docked or floating. The size of buttons on the toolbar and the toolbar itself can be adjusted.

Pros: I been using this a while now...and now I dont know what I would do without it. And like it said, I have access to vitually my entire computer. The customization is cool, you can put nearly anything you want on it.
Cons: Not really any complaints so far, and Ive been using it a month and a half or so. Its so nice not having to constantly minumize windows to get to my desktop. Give it a try :)

"Excellent program, although it is shareware and only free to try"
Pros: I love my tool bar! It can be annoying when your mouse pointer accidently hits it and it opens, but put a delay on it and - no problem! It's easy to add categories and move items into each category. Jet tool bar makes it so easy to start an application.

"Nice add on, nothing spectacular"
Pros: It does what it says.
Cons: The tabs can't be colorized!! We all work with colors for easier recognition, aren't we?
I use TabBarLaunch, 8bar, it does the same and I find the programs/Icons faster due to colors.
So, why not give it a try, better launchers are available
