From Designer Software:

Records online usage of desired connections and users into it's own .iT3 log file type. Logged usage information includes start time, duration, end time, cost, user name and connection. Totals for each user and connection are maintained, on daily, weekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly and yearly periods. Authentication of online usage is carried out by iT3 either forcefully before connection, or during the dial-up process. Authentication is not required when user profiles are taken from the logged on user name, or when a single user exists.
