Publisher's description
From Innovative Music Systems :Intelliscore Polyphonic Audio to MIDI Converter is for live performance, making MID files, and transcribing music from polyphonic WAVE and MP3 files and CDs. Your music can contain more than one note at a time, even chords. Compose MIDI music simply by singing or playing any instrument. Make any musical instrument MIDI-enabled, even your voice. There's no need for expensive MIDI pickups.
Intelliscore Polyphonic helps remove vocals for karaoke singing, and separates your music into different MID tracks depending on each note's pitch and position in the stereo image. It faithfully recreates effects such as pitch bend, vibrato, tremolo, and portamento, and records MIDI directly into your sequencer software using your voice or any acoustic instrument in conjunction with the included Hubi's MIDI Loopback Device. IntelliScore also identifies likely chord names and the overall key.

Version: Intelliscore Polyphonic Audio to Midi Converter 6.2
"Sounds great but I couldn't get it to work the way they say it's supposed to."
Cons: The song I put in through direct recording and through files already on my computer came out in midi format sounding nothing at all like what I put in. This program is the most useless program I've seen yet.
