From Innovative Music Systems :IntelliScore Ensemble WAV to MIDI Converter can convert MP3, WAV, and WMA files comprised of several different instruments to multiple track MIDI files containing the notes played, broken down by instrument. It grabs music from a CD and converts it to a MID file. The application MIDI-enables any musical instrument, even your voice. It can remove vocals for karaoke singing and find the beats in percussion tracks.
With additional software such as the included Hubi's MIDI Loopback Device, you can print sheet music from your favorite song, record MIDI directly into your sequencer software using your voice or any acoustic instrument, and generate cell phone ringtones from your favorite music.

Cons: It's impossible to have any real idea about what this software can do within the demo : Only 15 sec. / convert ! But sure, it seems too much expensive for what it looks to be able to do.
