Version: Instant Housecall 4.6
"A fantastic program, very easy to use."
Pros: The simplicity of the product is unmatched, I used the free version to help an inexperienced computer user with a problem on their desktop without issue. The connection was extremely responsive.
Cons: Honestly can't think of any.
Summary: Nice to see a program work as it was advertised for once. I highly recommend giving it a try.
