Publisher's description
From Ideal Product Group :Ideal Browser is a tabbed browser with built-in acceleration software that optimizes the delivery of Web content, the speed of your browser, and your overall system. Ideal Browser's secure cleanup feature obliterates your cache, history, cookies, and autocomplete and other private data by overwriting it 1 to 35 times before deletion. The program also blocks bandwidth-sucking ads, Web bugs, and pop-ups. You can open Web sites on separate tabs for simultaneous downloads and control media loading for extra speed. The QuickSearch and Alias features make navigation and searching as easy as a key press, and the program helps control first- and third-party cookies and P3P privacy policies.

Version: Ideal Browser 2.0
Pros: If you like SlimBrowser, you MIGHT like this -- tabbed browsing, autologin, popup blocking, fast, easily configured, etc., etc.
Cons: Ideal Browser set itself as my default browser even though I told it not to. Typing in a domain name without the "dot com" (E.g., "CNN") in the address bar will take you to a search engine in Ideal Browser. In SlimBrowser, the same function takes you right to the website. The biggest annoyance for me with Ideal Browser was the gawd-awful noise played when a popup is blocked. You can deactivate the noise, but you can't change it to something less obtrusive.
