Publisher's description
From NCH Software :IVM is a telephone interactive voice response (IVR) system (including answering machine, voice mail, call attendant and information lines). This software is an effective voicemail, call attendant, info-line or audiotext solution for small to medium businesses. For example, IVM can redirect in-coming calls during office hours or take messages for a number of voice mail boxes after hours. All calls (including those answered by you) are logged with date, time and caller ID. The recorded messages can be played at any time, forwarded to an e-mail address, accessed via the internet or, if necessary, saved for future reference.
Version 2.43 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: IVM Telephone Answering Attendant 2.43
"Ok Software; Terrible Customer Support"
Pros: Ok software that gets the job done.
Cons: Horrible customer support. I purchased a copy of this software (which was over $80 at the time). After re-installing my operating system, the software went back to an "unregistered" state and eventually stopped working. The company refused to supply me with a new key to unlock the software. I didn't want an upgrade to the new version, I just wanted to get the same old version working that I'd been licensed to use. They just kept insisting that I downgrade to an earlier version (that was unusable due to an acknowledged bug) or upgrade to a newer version (which of course would cost more money). I tried for days to get the issue resolved, but to no avail. This was the worst customer experience of my life.
