This basic database program manages and keeps track of your guest lists, but it's lacking in the feature department. IP Guest List Manager has an ultraplain interface with blank drop-down menus, forcing you to input information including state and country rather than selecting them from preloaded options.
You can easily input and build your database by adding, updating, or removing items. Simply enter the guest's name, address, and assign the number. Oddly, IP Guest Manager failed to include an input field for contact numbers, which is essential if you're keeping track of your guests. Also, we would have appreciated print or search capabilities, which are handy for larger databases.
The program does allow you to export data to CSV and create simplistic reports from your entries and view them in HTML format, but outputs are unappealing and unimaginative. With its limited features, event organizers are better off looking elsewhere for a more robust event-list manager.
