"HORRIBLE NASTY MALWARE"

Pros
Nothing is as relevant as the fact you can't remove it. You cannot uninstall this software. You cannot find the files. You can't do anything.
And since you don't know what it's doing in the background, this is an unacceptable risk.Cons

I hate that this app:
(1) can't be found - file names are apparently random and hidden somewhere. Ostensibly this is good - if you are keeping an eye on a user and you don't want them circumventing surveillance, that's great. But when you log in as the administrator (you need a password to do this), the software ought to offer the admin the option to remove. IT DOES NOT.
(2) Can't be removed. As described above. Does not appear in the Control Panel programs or add/remove list. Again, handy for keeping surveillance targets unawares, but rubbish for the person who actually installed it. Why would I want an app that I can't remove?
(3) Can't be trusted. I have no idea what this is doing in the background. I can't check up on it and I can't remove it. THIS SOFTWARE SUCKS. -

This program does not work properly. Once one user logs off it stops recording. I wasted my money. I contacted support but they do not reply.
