Pros
It works!!!! I've been looking here for the LONGEST time for a good and free ip changer. My favorite music station stopped being world wide and I missed it. It works even on my very OLD computers.
Cons
It was hard to find. The choices my search gave me wouldn't work for several reasons (too slow, computer too old...). I found TunnelBear by chance. That's the only con I can come up with. There's nothing wrong.
Summary
I wish I found this as my first choice. I couldn't listen to my favorite station for a long time.

Hard to say.
Cons
Installed their software. Paid for an upgrade. It never showed in the account. Tried contacting support, and only got autoresponders pointing me back to their help page, which wasn't helpful.
Summary
Free version might be worth what you pay for it. Don't pay for it, because that doesn't change anything.

No tech support even for paid subscriptions. Program isn't compatible with Windows Vista's User Account Control and so can't be run as a start up program.

I recently stumbled upon TunnelBear its a new great and free VPN service that worked really well for me. It works for both Windows and Mac. For signing up, you get you get 500Mb of bandwidth to play with (free)
