Version: I'm InTouch 4.0
Pros: I have tried all of the remote access products. I liked the free ones until I was on the road and need to transfer a file. With InTouch I get all the features for one low price.

"Good bye I'm InTouch and hello I'm InTouch"
Pros: Well I finally switched. I have been using I'm InTouch since it hit the market but as my company grew I needed remote access on a server that I control. Lucky for me 01 Communique has a corporate server version of the I'm InTouch. It has all of the features that I needed from the original plus it gave me control over the remote access server. I am happy to be able to stay with a company that I know and trust as my business gets bigger. So good bye I'm InTouch and hello I'm InTouch server.

"I know this sounds weird but?"
Pros: When I first started using InTouch with my BB I had a few questions on how it worked and how it was different from the competitors. So I sent them an email and to my surprise they answered it! I got a real person not some email bot sending me FAQs. Bottom line good app for my BB and great customer service.

Version: I'm InTouch 4.0
Pros: I'm InTouch did what they said it would. Also when I had questions REAL people answered the phone calls and Emails. No some tupid precanned answer but real people that listened to me.
