A simple guitar chord dictionary, HtGuitar could be a helpful aid for beginning players, but most will quickly outgrow it. Its simple interface is easy to use, offering a chord finder, note chart, and a basic metronome. The Favorites function displays a short list of simple chords recommended for novices. However, the program displays just a single variant of each chord, without hints on which fingers should be used on which fret or string. Inversions and other more complicated chords simply aren't available. For inexperienced players looking for a few quick tips, this free download is worth a try, but the wealth of guitar resources available online or with other programs soon will drown out HtGuitar's limited offerings.

Version: HtGuitar 1.0
Pros: It includes Metronome, Note table and chord finder. All these are useful for people learning guitar. The File size is very compact and easy to handle. Neat& Simple interface.
Cons: They could also have added "Chord Name" Where the user selects the frets and the software tells the name of the chord. The opposite of chord finder. They could also have added "Chord Progression" A little increase in file size wouldn't matter
