Pros
Hide Programs has two start menu's one is start-menu my programs, the second one is start-menu common programs. Once you hide a start menu program, it will place a green check next to the hidden start program. Then if you want the hidden start program to show, check the hidden start program and click show checked.
Now to hide any installed program check the box next to the program and click hide checked. Then to unhide the hidden program check the box again and click show checked. This is a great utility for hiding important installed programs, so your children cant uninstall them.
