  If there were no other options in this world, this MIGHT help you identify bad sectors.

  It doesn't work very well, it doesn't do much. There are much better FREE products that do what this is supposed to do, do it better, and do more.

  Summary

  Don't download this. Don't install it. Don't use it. It is a waste of time. For an alternative to this Macrorit garbage, HD Tune is one example of a much smaller, simpler program that does what this program is supposed to do, and does a lot more.
