Though it doesn't strike us as an ideal way to conceal sensitive information, Hide Files & Folders stands as a user-friendly way to keep your documents away from prying eyes. The straightforward interface makes protecting files and folders with a master password a hassle-free affair, though we would have liked to see integration with Windows Explorer so you could lock documents with a right click. You can schedule a time to unlock folders down to the very second, but that's about the extent of your customization options. The most notable omission is the absence of an encryption utility for extra security, so we wouldn't recommend using this program to hide top-secret data. Still, Hide Files & Folders represents a decent solution for more inexperienced home users with simple security needs.Publisher's description
From IM-soft :Hide Files & Folders is a password-protected security utility working at the Windows kernel level. You can password-protect certain files and folders or hide them securely with a click of the mouse. Upon accessing any protected file or folder, a dialog box querying the password appears. Hide Files & Folders does not modify your media. This guarantees the program will never lose your data, as may happen if you use other file- and folder-protecting software.
The program also lets you protect system files and folders, such as the Windows system, Registry, and swap files. Version 3.2 includes unspecified updates.

Pros: simple to use. Integrates with explorer, very convenient.
Cons: Stops working after first few tries.
