Pros: YOU WILL LIKE IT!!
easy tagging
good overview
many options and functions
optioal web-Interface HMM-Online
Cons: for beginners its not easy to understand all functions and optinos, BUT after one month using helium, you won't work with anything else then helium

-need a secure ripper: they should license the dbpoweramp r12 reference ripper - best available
-looking forward to musicip integration, hopefully that means musicbrainz metadata.
Cons: just needs a few more features. slow on large libraries
