Helium Music Manager supports the downloading of album pictures, artist pictures, track information, artist relations, biographies, discographies, and lyrics.
Version 2006 build 5148 adds support for MySQL databases, native last.fm/audioscrobbler support, and embedded equalizer.

"Great tool for handling both small and large music collections"
Pros: Very easy to tag, rename and maintain your music collection. Simple steps to retag and ad all data, including album covers, for a complete album.
Cons: To much functionality. Been a user for several years and i still find new things.
