This handy database utility easily manages the flights of your remote-controlled helicopters, although an Internet connection is required to access some of its features. The simple but detailed interface has buttons for selecting record categories and is so intuitive that the missing help file isn't a major drawback. HeliMaster Elite organizes information about your collection of remote-controlled helicopters together with their flights and creates an easy-to-understand database for them. It can also generate a filterable report on your helicopters, radios, flight logs, and clubs, but requires an Internet connection to view it because it is in Web page format. With an Internet connection, the Weather button even lets you check the current visibility for a particular location, which is a bonus. The Settings menu allows you to alter the units to be used, the date format, and connection settings. With its comprehensive data set, this freeware will benefit all RC helicopter aficionados.
