From Scienceshareware:The wave file mixer / soundscape designer is software for your PC, which allows you to mix many WAV files together in loop mode for background sound effects. This program comes with separate haunted house .WAV files. However, if you wanted to engineer an ocean soundscape, then you would need to record different sounds at the beach and use this program to mix them together in a repeated loop. All .WAV files will need to be 11kHz speed, mono, 16 bit.
You can also use the voice changer / phase shift feature and the echo feature to make your voice sound really neat. You will need a microphone for your computer. This makes your voice sound lower or higher than it really is. People will not recognize your voice when they here it. Included sound effects are: howling wind, baby crying, whispering, squeaky door, chain rattling, wind, and you can add more sounds that you record. Version 1.23 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
