Publisher's description
From MDickie :In a bleak future where there are more criminals than citizens, one prison hopes to redress the balance with short doses of HARD time. Take your punishment like a man and try to endure the grueling regime of Southtown Correctional Facility. Create your own inmate from scratch and rub shoulders with up to 100 fellow convicts throughout the sprawling prison complex. With each passing day, every action taken and every word spoken will sculpt your own unique identity - as you attempt to juggle the physical and mental demands of prison life.
You'll soon find that reputation is the only currency that matters in this world. Having one keeps you alive, but avoiding one keeps you sane. Which side of the fence will you fall on.

Version: Hard Time 1.3
"Welcome To Prison... MDickie Style!"
Pros: Never mind the negative reviews this a good game. You live as a prision member and can kill or else comform to things. A possibly realistic experience. Racism, gangs, and just about everything except rape.
Cons: Its seems unless you basically give in to the prison guards. Also its really hard to actually get out of prison since random people become enemies with you and basically beat on you till you get someone to kill them or you do it yourself. Also guards will attack you and if you go to court (9/10 you have to) it seems that most of the time you go your either guilty or innocent. It for me changes per game...

Version: Hard Time 1.3
Pros: I realy gave this game a try, i played for at least 2 hours.
Cons: the graphics are aweful. the pathing of the other npc's are aweful. There are no instructions. There's no point in playing the game. the npc's come up to you and say stuff and you're thinking why do i care. I made more money in the game than i do in real life and ... yeah you're rich in prison. I worked my guy out to like 90% muscle and someone hit him in one punch and he had 70% muscle. that was realy the straw. I see no point in the game. oh and someone died every single day. oh and terrorist bombed it. they were realy reaching for ideas. save yourself the heartache and headache, don't download this..

Version: Hard Time 1.3
Pros: Game play is simple. Somewhat addicting. You build attributes (strength, agility, intelligence, reputation) while having to keep your health and happiness up. There are various ways you can go about accomplishing this feat. Seems like a simple version of a Sims prison game. Still a pretty fun game.
Cons: Hard to stay out of trouble. Time scale seems almost real time. I had an initial sentence of 56 days and after playing for several hours it was down to about 50 due to increased sentences (from being brought to court for random disturbances). Also, after sneaking the only dumbbell back to my cell, a warden picked it up and then "lost" it inside the stairs..... he dropped it and it disappeared into the stairs and I couldn't get it back.
