It was an easy install, and ease of operation makes it a great program for newbies a pros alike.
Cons
Seems its operation may be a bit slow but results overcomes that. There is a paid version available but no nag screens to remind you

"Audio and video don't sync"

Its really easy to use and it does the job fast compare to other converter i have used, also I really like that fact that it cut down the video size which unlike lots of other converter that make your converted video a space hugger.
Cons
One problem I had was when I try to convert a fiv. file to my iPod touch is that the video and audio won't sync properly, so my video will be like 10 seconds ahead of audio which is really annoying
Summary
So overall its a decent program except for the part where my video and audio won't sync properly, and I tried it several times but the problem still won't go away. If anyone knows that solution to this feel free to reply.

It's free, it works, no false declarations like some of the other developers. No fees required, it is FREE like they say, so happy days.
Cons
Only thing i didn't like was the corny music and the fact that it's slow which is why i gave 3 stars.
Summary
I like the fact that the developers state that the software is free, and guess what, IT IS!!. I found that most other converter software claim the same but then a fee is required to use the full product, not this one thankfully.
