Publisher's description
From Applestreet :This is a game in which you play as halo dude and try to kill grunts and banshees by jumping and shooting. There are secrets hidden in the game and there are some cool cheats. This is the first version and there will likely be more to come.

Version: Halo Dude 1
"A good first attempt at making a game."
Pros: It has the makings of a game. With more work it could be playable.
It's very chalanging, and simplistic controls.
Cons: The only thing stopping you from dying in the game is to jump. However the jump is WAY to high. There are too many cheap hits because of it.
The level design is too basic and boring.
Too many enemys! You can go five feet without encountering something.

Version: Halo Dude 1
Pros: Hey Applestreet, considering that u just started using game maker and are quite new in game making, this looks like a pretty good effort and i will recommend people to download his game and back him up :)
I kinda submitted my game on download.com as well and it will showup on 24th i think.
If you need help on programming stuff i will be more than happy to help my email is dm.3d@hotmail.com
Cons: Well there are a few cons but i wont enter tham all here. First. you didnt use any sound, that makes the game kinda monotonous if u know what i mean and u need to work on the player's gravity and stuff like that but i will say its a pretty good effort and keep it up.

Version: Halo Dude 1
Pros: It has very fun gameplay. It is almost like a Super Mario game only with the Halo Dude instead. It is a great example of an original platformer game. I like that you put some hidden cheats in it like the ninety-nine live cheat at the starting menu and the unlimited missle cheat for in game use (I won't tell anyone not to spoil the gameplay). Very creative and challenging levels with many enemies is a plus as well.
Cons: It has no storyline, the jump on Halo Dude is waaaay too high, and the sprites for the enemies are cheaply made. When you make the sequel it also wouldn't hurt to put in backround music and make more varieties of enemies instead of just a few.
