Hair Master is a handy tool for virtual makeovers, but you're limited in your options. Its modern interface, with easy-to-use buttons, allows you to experiment with new hair and makeup styles using preloaded style templates. It features a step-by-step wizard that walks you through the process of creating a new look. It's preloaded with photos, but you can easily upload a picture of yourself. Using the templates provided, you can see how you look with a new hairstyle, makeup, eyebrows and eyelashes. Hair Master even allows you to try on jewelry, contacts, glasses, hats and other accessories. It offers a variety of editing tools, such as hair and color tools that allow for faster modifications. Once you've found your favorite makeover style, you can save and print.
Although objects can easily be resized, don't expect them to be a perfect fit every time. Unfortunately, you can't upload photos of your favorite hair or makeup styles because the program doesn't allow for new templates. Despite its limitations, those looking to try out a new look without a commitment will enjoy what Hair Master has to offer.

THIS VERSION WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO UPLOAD YOUR OWN PHOTOS! Seems like the old version allowed uploads, but the new version doesn't. This version only lets you try hairstyles on their model. CNET really should have caught this change!!!
