"At first it was great. Now it's not"
Pros: It was easy to use in the beginning....now it's just a headache.
Cons: Photos disappear only to reappear days later(even after being deleted). I deleted the photos & ALL of the photos in a different were even gone. Tried to get online assist and couldn't.
Summary: I have purchased another photo program....LOVE it and plan on removing hp photosmart from my computer completely as soon as all my destination wedding photos are safely tucked away on an external hard drive as well as a cd

Pros: So far there hasn't been one aspect of this program I would consider a "pro"
Cons: I do not have enough room to cover all the horrible aspects of this program. I tried scanning pics for FB. After 30 minutes I ended up with 2 decent photos saved (out of about 20 I wanted) and a huge headache. also fyi The auto correct ruins photos
Summary: THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PHOTO PROGRAM I HAVE EVER USED. PRACTICALLY USELESS

Pros: nothing. Not useful at all
Cons: not enough functions for editing your photos.
Summary: I use Picasa 3 which is also free and it leaves HP for dead.

Pros: Good picture organization.
Cons: There isn't much you can do as far as editing. You can basically auto adjust the lighting, crop, and there are a total of 2 special effects options available. This was a huge disappointment.
