HP DeskJet 1600C Print Driver for Windows NT 4.0. This is final HP DJ1600C driver for NT. This DJ1600C driver replaces the Interim Driver for NT that was previously posted to this web site earlier this year. (External). This software has added functionality with Hebrew and Arabic languages. Installation Instructions: To download the NT DJ1600C print driver: 1.) Start at the Web site. 2.) Double-click on the file dj169en.exe. The Save As dialog box appears. 3. Choose the location to download the file to. You may want to write down the location so you remember it. 4.) Click Save. The Status screen appears showing the download is in progress. To Install the NT print driver: 1.) Locate the printer file you downloaded. NOTE: Check that the file size is approximately 1.25 MB. If it is smaller, it may mean that only part of the file downloaded. If this is the case, and the driver does not work, uninstall it and download the file again. 2). It is highly recommended that old versions of the HP DeskJet 1600C driver be removed from Windows NT 4.0 before installing this new version. Please consult the Readme.txt file for details. 3.) Double-click on the file setup.exe. 4.) Follow the prompts on the screen. You will be guided through the installation process. 5.) Restart Windows at the end of printer-driver installation.
