"Does not perform as advertised, TERRIBLE support."
Pros: No pros. I have had not one good experience come from using this product.
Cons: Download the free trial and it will find your files, it shows you the list, and gives you the option to recover them, but then you have to pay for a license before it will do so. Once you pay, It DOES NOT recover any files!!!. Nonexistent support.
Summary: Bottom-line. Do not use this product. Especially do not pay for it. Even the billing company will not respond to your emails.
