"Be careful"
Version: GstarCAD 2012
Pros
Looks comprehensive, but not really tried it. Total beginner, so not sure where to start.
Cons
The installer tried installing an AdWare toolbar which my AVG fortunately picked up. It also installed something called iminent which I uninstalled plus something else which I cannot remember the name of now. But, it gave some flashing windows in my browser, which when I tried to close them opened up another window. Hopefully I have managed to get rid of these.
This is only a trial version for 30 days, by which time I will hardly have started to understand how it works, so not much use to meSummary
Dont like unwanted stuff installed on my computer.

Pros
It is just like AutoCAD. Same interface, same operation. But AutoCAD is more powerful while this one is cheaper. I think it can replace AutoCAD in many places.
Cons
While, if you really have very high requirements, I do suggest AutoCAD.
