There is a personal item inventory database with a 10,000 record capacity, Recipe Manager, Reporting, Usage tracking, barcode printing, Lot tracking, and more . Recipes use rich text formatting for adding images and formatting text and colors. Plan your calendar meals up to three years in advance. A meal recommendation feature suggests meals with expiring items to best use your inventory. GroceryIP automatically generates a shopping list based on your inventory levels and expiration dates. Print or save weekly or monthly meal plan summaries as HTML documents. GroceryIP can automatically send grocery list and plans to your web space on the Interent. Read your shopping list at the grocery store using a web enabled cell phone or pocket PC. GroceryIP supports barcode scanners. See website for scanner types. Version 1.7 comes with a real time tutorial, help file, and a sample project with a small inventory.
