This program lets you create grocery lists and manage kitchen inventory, but Grocery List U' Lator suffers from some design quirks. At start-up it simultaneously launches several windows. The windows don't clutter up your workspace, but can cause a system slowdown. A functioning Help file would be great to get you started or explain how the features work together. While it's fairly easy to create a list, there's no Save button, which may make you worry unnecessarily that information will be lost by clicking Done. The Unpack Bags feature lets you add items from lists to Kitchen Items to manage inventory, but there's no obvious way to add additional stores and no guidance on using the Compare feature. Reports include on-hand inventory and purchases for a specified time period. There are more intuitive kitchen management programs available, and users will be put off by this app's cumbersome and less-than-friendly design.
