From Spare Time Software :"Grid Collage Maker" is a program that makes it easy to create a "grid collage." What is a grid collage? It is the kind of collage where all of the pictures are aligned along specific grid lines (which can be either visible or invisible). So this program does NOT create the kind of collages that have multiple pictures randomly scattered and overlapping one another at different angles. (There are plenty of other programs that do that.)
If you have ever created collages using Google's Picasa, then you probably have a pretty good idea about what a grid collage is.
What advantages does Grid Collage Maker provide over the collage functions in Google's Picasa? Answer: More options for picture alignment and arrangement.
Using Grid Collage Maker it is very easy to combine multiple picture (up to 20) into one picture (a grid collage) that can then be printed in such common picture sizes as 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14---though since it is always in landscape, the dimensions are more accurately listed as 6x4, 7x5, 10x8, 14x11.

Version: Grid Collage Maker 1.0
Pros: It comes as close as anything to do the job. (Required size is 2x3.5, but neither that size nor any multiple of it seems to be available with any program.) Easy to use and makes better GRID collages than other artsy collage programs.
Cons: There is no true trial period. The unregistered version prints a large distracting message across the entire collage.
Summary: It's incredibly cheap but the crippleware message made me so mad that I would never buy it.
