"Some Competition"

This is an outstanding program and file storage system. The collaboration is great, the suite online is great, and the storage space is great. But there is no desktop suite program, which makes in incompatible with Microsoft Office.
Google Drive is definitely going to have some competition with SkyDrive, Microsoft's online suite. SkyDrive features Microsoft Office Web Apps, 7 GB of free space, and the ability to sync with your computer with Microsoft Office 2010. Although Google Drive has better collaboration methods, this does not make it better. And even iWork from Apple is starting to grow. iWork is the easiest to use because if you have an iPhone and a Mac, everything syncs with iCloud.
Bottom line: I believe Microsoft Office is still the leader in productivity suites, but Google Drive is definitely a contender. It's possible that if the Mac grows, iWork and iCloud will also grow. I know this review was supposed to be mainly about Drive, but I had to mention Microsoft and Apple. -

Doesn't work for multiple Windows accounts! It installs centrally in C:\Program Files, but if you switch user it simply crashes!! Unbelievable. You would think they can hire some testers with those billions they make each year.

No drives syncing - that is, to choose folders to keep up to date online. Would be a wonderful feature instead of forcing me to use my Shared Drive as my default drive all the time.Summary
Does a fine job but the lack of folder syncing is a problem for this and other similar products (Dropbox, Skydrive etc.)
