After reading the caveat, I didn't install it.

I was going to try this, because Chrome is locking up more and more frequently - and a lot of my colleagues have left Chrome because of this over the past few months. But if this version is even MORE unstable than ver 21, I don't think I'll be interested!

Former versions are great, but this one has a bug that uses up the whole CPU.

The Chrome task manager idientifies the process as "browser", so it's not a plugin or website.

Don't upgrade to this one or you won't be able to use the browser properly. I hope the devs fix this soon.
