This program is a general log output. It is implemented by COM technique. So if you use the developing language supported by COM you will make use of this program to export log. The output of the log files is screen and fixed disk. So you may observe the state of the program when it is running. This program support the log output of multi-file. And each log output is in a single sub-window. So you may observe the state of each module if this system is composed by multi-module. This program will build an icon at the taskbar when it is started. And you may open the observed window when you dbclick the icon.

You should register the COM firstly. You may copy the files such as SystemLog.exe, SystemLog.tlb, and Reg.bat to a directory and then run Reg.bat.
