Glarysoft's Glary Utilities is one of the most consistently popular and most frequently recommended system utilities, and why not? It bundles some of the most useful Windows-related tools in one free download. It scans and cleans your PC, cleaning temporary files, removing junk files, fixing broken shortcuts, and resolving a wide range of issues, both major and minor, that most Windows users will have no trouble recognizing. Glary Utilities has a basic but colorful (and skinnable) dialog-sized interface with tabs for Status, 1-Click Maintenance, and Modules. We clicked Scan on the 1-Click Maintenance tab, which initiated a system-wide scan for junk files, spyware, and lots of other stuff that we needed to fix or throw out: sort of like cleaning the basement, actually. Glary Utilities displayed its summary findings, and we could click to view details or just press Repair Problems to fix the lot, which we did. The tool swiftly purged our system of the obsolete, unneeded, and junk data that can clog your machine over time, compromising performance and even security.
The 1-Click Maintenance is reason enough to keep Glary Utilities and run it regularly, but more excellent reasons can be found in its Modules, which let you run Glary's utilities individually as well as access many more tools, including a file shredder, startup manager, memory optimizer, registry defragmenter, and file recover and undelete tool. It also lets you run a variety of Windows utilities from Glary's interface, including the Process Manager and System Information. Watch the privacy settings in "tracks eraser" - you may find that auto log-ins to familiar sites have been erased. (Hope you've stored your usernames)
Summary
Pretty good for maintenance. I use this along with another system maintenance product. I no longer use the tracks eraser feature as I do not want to keep logging in to some sites for which I had auto log-in.

none, I stopped installation after reading the EULA.

installs programs and a toolbar. Many other programs contain unwanted toolbars and programs but you have a choice uf unchecking a box and not installing them. Glary does not give you a choice. I only reason I discovered this was by reading the EULA.
Summary
If you dont mind a toolbar and a couple of programs then install it. I am sure the program and toolbar is harmless but I want to have control of what is on my browser.

Works everytime, has plenty of preferences, does EXACTLY what it says it's going to do better and more efficiently that Windows own built in "diagnostics". Doesn't assume you're an idiot to use it like GatesWare.
