Pros
Reading the review below, the guy must be blind... there's a setting in the settings to delete logs after email send so they don't get bigger and bigger. Also, chat can be seen in screenshots. Not sure about timestamps but contacting customer support was fine for me, they answered my question about monitoring other user accounts in under an hour.
All the rest of the features work fine, this is a great all round monitoring program. Overall very happy, also one of the cheapest applications I could find in its league.

Many quirks top work out
1- files reports that are e-mailed just keep getting bigger and bigger and do not erase themselves - cant even erase manually.
2- Keystroke reports that are emailed get time stamped from the time that the report is e-mailed and not the actual time and date the person typed it so theres no way of knowing.
3- Only one-way chat / facebook conversations are recorded
4- No online help (only a message sender and reply rate for me so far has been 1 out of 3. They do provide a small pdf manual which is very very basicSummary

Pros
This program is exactly what I was looking for. I needed to monitor websites and arn't too tech savy. Gecko Monitor is easy to set up and easy to check reports at the end of the day. Really good program.
