Publisher's description of Gbridge 1.0.0.1146
From Gbridge:Secure file sharing, folder synchronization, remote access(VNC), remote backup, and instant VPN. You can drag&drop a folder to create a share and select which friend can access. Before syncing the folder, your friends can remotely browse the folder, see the auto-generated photo thumnail/slideshow, play MP3 online. You can sync folders among your own PCs too. Setup a recurring local or remote backup of your important folder is just easy. The built-in VNC let your remote access your PC desktop or invite your friend to see your desktop for collaboration. All service are running on top of the VPN that is automatically formed among your multiple PCs no matter where they are. You can also extend the VPN to include your Gtalk friend's PCs if both sides allow. You have full control over what resources are available to your friend. Since Gbridge creates tunnel through NAT or firewall and connects PCs directly, it gives you maximum throughput and privacy.
Version 1.0.0.1146 adds some Chat options to make the Gbridge Chat function more compatible with Gtalk.

Version: Gbridge 1.0.0.1146
Pros: feature rich (expecially considering its size) and very stable.
Cons: it doesn't support linux, otherwise I can bring my linux box into my vpn too.
Summary: Gbridge helps me solve many of the sharing and remote control problems I had. I have been using it as my daily utility for quite a while. I can say it is rock solid since its first release, even more stable than Microsoft's foldershare, which I used... read more >>

Version: Gbridge 1.0.0.1146
"Good Product, should be in beta"
Pros: This has the potential to be an awesome piece of software if they can get it right before the train passes by. Currently, there are to many issues with this product, it should be in beta not production.
Cons: Connectivity issues, software not allowed with Google TOS (not a lawyer here), authentication issues, European usage issues, and well just read the bugs section, it's the largest in the forum
Summary: I LOVE IT, if it would just work right. Wait for v2 to come out, but if to much time is taken a better product will emerge.
