You can drag&drop a folder to create a share and select which friend can access. Before syncing the folder, your friends can remotely browse the folder, see the auto-generated photo thumnail/slideshow, play MP3 online. You can sync folders among your own PCs too. Setup a recurring local or remote backup of your important folder is just easy. The built-in VNC let your remote access your PC desktop or invite your friend to see your desktop for collaboration. "IT support & large file transfers just got a lot easier"
Pros: No VPN required. (Google's got that covered.)
Cons: No MAC version, no 64 bit VISTA :( Yet?...
Summary: Software should display in some intuitive way to new users that only a HOST can send a Desktop Sharing invite and that files transfers with respect to SecureShare folders are OUTBOUND copies only - no INBOUND drops. (Wouldn't expect anything else f... read more >>

Version: Gbridge 1.0.0.1130
"Interesting little app that delivers a lot"
Pros: 1. Remote access your computer from anywhere!
2. Automatically backup your folders.
3. Free! No limitation on MB of files you can backup.Cons: Would be nice to have a MAC version.
Summary: This little application (only 2MB) is packed with features that I really want to have: I used to use synctoy/always-in-sync kind of software to backup my collection of photos and documents; and use vnc for remote access. This little app did it all! ... read more >>

Version: Gbridge 1.0.0.1130
"very cool software and very useful"
Pros: So many remote control features packed in such a small program! The embedded remote desktop control is ultra responsive. Although the file share features (like SecureShare, AutoSync, LiveBrowse) are new to me, all are very easy to grasp and use.
Cons: no 64 bits vista support yet
Summary: This idea of using the Google network to remote manage computers and share files with friends is brillant.
