Every single bit of information in this program.
Summary
This is the most pointless and rage inducing program in existence. Just let me play my games without Microsoft getting in the way, further failing while trying to get their gaming division to not suck. This program refuses to work after hours and hours of fiddling with it. Absolutely terrible.

right well where to start, i bought the bundle of games on steam (the grand theft auto collection) for about $10 and installed them all i launched GTA IV and GFWL popped up i tried to log in to my account, the servers for down, i tried again later, still nothing. i can only hope that it will work tomorrow as i am beginning to get frustrated.

It is a hassle to do anything, and you need profiles and accounts and the windows application just shows you a link to go to a web store, which will not even work properly in chrome
Summary
I had the worst experience in my life trying to activate Age of Empires online through steam, creating accounts, profiles, tricks to find a cd key. The PM for this product should be executed.

Basically, it's junk. Origin and Ubisoft's store now join the ranks of GFWL in attempting to compete on PC with Steam, and they are not doing to well on the actual clients. As it currently stands, GFWL is nothing more than a tumor attached to your game, absolutely useless and best left alone.

I have never had any problems with the Games for Windows live software, as a marketplace, installer, or ingame. It has allowed me to play games cross platform with my friends who own xboxs. I have never had a single but or glitch with this, unlike Steam, which deleted all half of the games from my account and after three support tickets and 5 months, I have yet to receive a response from them. I will continually trust Microsft becasue they have never let me down, unlike Valve...

"Lost my game Data because of this system"

Cons
When I refused to sign up in the Bioshock 2 game it didn't allow me to save my game. I didn't notice this until 3 hrs latter when I was trying to save it. Read other reviews online that said I needed to create an account to save. I created one and it kicked me out of my game and back to the main menu WITHOUT SAVING. WORST PROGRAM EVER.

Microsoft is worried about people pirating their games, but this just enrage anf frustrate the people who buy the games legally. I dont know why this thing is still active ....
