A fine, straightforward, easy to operate, program. It shuts off the unnecessary programs running in the background on your computer, that can make an FPS gamers life a living nightmare, with just a few simple mouse clicks. A must for Vista users.

Does what it needs to do as a one-click solution to disable background running apps. Can optionally disable some of the user enabled apps including antivirus, bluetooth, etc. Has an automatic list of background windows apps to disable.
Cons
The background apps it disables is a really long list. Are they sure these are all unnecessary? Currently v1.0. No auto-updating. I would like a taskbar integration option with right-click enabling to switch from desktop mode to gaming mode and back.
Summary
A good one-click solution. No more manually disabling of background running apps to free up resources.

On my system it freed up almost 300 megs of system memory, every little bit helps. Also improved my benchmarks by 100 points.

Would be nice if it auto updated itself.
