Pros
IT ensures that you are able to override the error of media not compatible - audio - video both. Works with one click and also helped me avoid the error on all the files that I have tried it with till today.

I had a small issue with the installation - but worked well otherwise

The damn - this AV file is not compatible is a terrible thing to deal with - when you sit down to watch something. I found this quick fix and worked well - always helped overstep the crappy error.
