Fring for iPhone is a compelling VoIP caller and multinetwork chat app in one. Like other all-in-one chat apps, you'll be able to sign into Windows Live Messenger (MSN), Google Talk, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, and even Twitter's protocols. Its VoIP capabilities spell out cheap or free calls to international contacts when you use SIP or Skype. Beware though, you'll need a strong Wi-Fi or data connection (3G, GPRS, EDGE) to make or receive VoIP calls.
If you're placing video calls on your iPhone 4, Fring will also be able to use the phone's front-facing camera to broadcast two-way calls over both Wi-Fi or 3G. While Wi-Fi and data strength are largely responsible for the quality of your experience, the incoming video broadcast could be larger and, regardless of which party's to blame, the inconsistent audio and video quality can be frustrating. Multitasking capabilities will let you jump to other parts of your phone without losing the Fring-hosted call.
Fring doesn't monitor your minutes, and has no hold button or other accouterments you might want for a regular phone dialer. However, most folks interested in inexpensive overseas bonding will be pleased by this quick, dirty, and quite decent VoIP caller for iPhone.

It took 2 weeks for my account to be verified, and once it was all the rest of the problems began, 1. Phone does not ring, 2, Outgoing calls, I need to dial out an average of 25 times before the call goes out.
Summary
This is a crap application, and worst SKYPE blames Fring and Fring blames SKYPE. In the meantime guess who is screwed??? No brainer folks. I want my money from SKYPE and they won't refund because they blame Fring.
