This easy-to-use application effectively manages and keeps track of foods in your freezer, though it won't wow you with its design.

Freezbe has a dull interface, but it is easy to understand and even easier to use. It keeps track of what foods you have in your freezer, along with the quantity, purchase date and expiration date. Food items can be sorted within freezers and racks that you create. You can set the shelf life of different foods such as fruits, vegetables and meats so that nothing goes to waste. Freezbe uses color coding to indicate which foods are nearing or past their expiration dates. A filter tool is available, which is handy for larger databases.

Unfortunately, the program doesn't have a print or report tool, but it is available in English and French. It offers a 45-day trial period, which is one of the more generous trial periods on the market. Despite its boring interface, both professional and home cooks will appreciate Freezbe's straightforward design for keeping track of food in the freezer.
