Version: Freemem Pro 5
Pros: when i first read about this programme i was very interested in what it could do for my comp, but then i read some of the reviews from this siteon the thing and was a bit put off, someone said somewhere that its unstable with windows XP, so i got the slowest piece of junk computer i have, put XP sp2 on it then used this programme on the comp.
The you could tell the differance INSTANTLY :D where as i would take about 3-5 seconds to open a file (yes it was THAT bad) it now takes mili seconds. ATM i havent tried this progamme on my main comp cos of al the other reviews, i dont want my comp crashing all the time, im testing on an old computer to see what happens
Cons: the only bad thing i can think of is that the Icon is so damn ugly :P and that sometimes it uses ALL the damn RAM to open somert or to scan somert

"Total waste of money and possibly a scam"
Cons: This product did nothing to speed up my computer - If anything it has slowed it down. It is totally worthless. I never received an email receipt from 3b software, and have sent 4 messages to them over the past month asking for a refund with no response from them except for the automatic email telling me that they always respond within 3 business days. Yeah, right. It would not surprise me if this product contains some kind of spyware, since the company selling it is obviously not reputable. Too bad there is no option to give it a rating of zero stars.

Version: Freemem Pro 5
Pros: Seems to work - if you don't mind spyware.
Cons: After I installed this software (having downloaded it directly from the manufacturer's own website), McAfee Anti-Spyware told me that it had installed 3 types of spyware/adware. When I removed them using McAfee, FreeMem would no longer run. I emailed the manufacturer to confirm whether their product contains spyware, and they did not respond to my email at all.

Pros: none
Cons: Wanting to test this product myself, I didn't listen to what the other reviewers had to say. Turned out that it really crashes on a left click!! Totally unacceptable. (I use win xp sp2)

"Works great for me! Don't know why others had problems!"
Pros: Program works as described, and I'm still running Windows 98SE. Easy to understand and configure.
Cons: FreeMem Pro 5 slows down other applications running briefly while reclaiming memory. But this resolves quickly.
