Although we can't call FreeToGo a full-blown privacy suite, it takes an interesting approach to wiping away your Web traces. The application can be configured to run both in your system tray and in your Web browser toolbar, so it's always accessible. FreeToGo's innovation is it can selectively wipe away your Net tracks when you enable it. For example, if you're visiting sites to transmit your credit-card number or other personal info, you can simply flip the program's switch to its on position. When you're finished with your private business, you disable the app, and it will automatically delete cached files, temporary files, cookies, and typed URLs for that particular session, while leaving your earlier surfing history intact. If you like, you even can set the program to securely erase all files. FreeToGo also clears your PC's Run menu, Google toolbar history, and Windows Media Player files, but it doesn't support nearly as many third-party apps as competing utilities. Still, folks who crave flexibility when they cover their Web tracks will appreciate this application.Publisher's description
From FreeToGo :FreeToGo for Home and Office lets you go online without leaving any tracks on your PC--like the pictures of everything you see on a Web site. The program is easy to use; just flip a switch, and you're surfing the Web in privacy. FreeToGo protects your privacy in a smart way, too, only deleting the browser records made when it is turned on. By contrast, other Web-privacy programs simply delete everything your browser has ever stored, including cookies from your favorite Web sites that you may need the next time you log in. With FreeToGo, the next person to use the machine won't even know someone had been online, and they certainly won't see the "bulk deletions" made by other privacy programs. These are a sure sign someone had something to hide. However, for those who want all their records deleted, no matter when they were created, FreeToGo has this option as well.
Version 3 adds support for Mozilla Firefox browser.

Version: FreeToGo 3
"The trial version seems to work O.K. and is a useful tool."
Pros: The trial version on my laptop at home appears to work O.K. The trial version at my business address works as well but unfortunately the software does not display properly as unlike my version at home, I cannot access the tools etc. I thought I would purchase because the programme really is a piece of cake to use.

Cons: The big problem at the time of writing this is, although I purchased the product at my business address 2 days ago and the automated information sheet said that I would receive an email licence very shortly, I am still waiting, even after two email communications to the freetogo software company, and they have not the decency to acknowledge my emails, even if they are automated.
My credit card company confirms that the cash has been taken out of my account.
Just like to warn anyone, is this company genuine or are they ripping us off?
Am I being unreasonable after waiting 2 days, most other U.S.A. companies have always dealt with me reputable.
