From PureSoft :The normal remote control software uses direct connection, needs to know the IP of the server, it couldn't work if the server and the client are in Local Area Network. FreeHelp uses transit network server, allows two computers through the Internet to control each other. FreeHelp support online installation and use, it is convenient for enterprise to do Web deployment in their own Web sites.
