Easy to use. Clear image with many format choices
Cons
My download came with some kind of spyware/adware (no sure the term). But it forced Chrome to run in the background and pushed ads to my desktop no matter what program I was running. Norton did not recognize it so it was a pain to clean up.
Summary
The surprise bundle make this a "Do not Down-load". Very surprised that cnet.com did not catch this. Typicality, their downloads are trustworthy.

The Free version basically works well for doing new cd's + dvd's. I known NOTHING ABOUT....
Cons
Sometims a bit Slow transfering music from website to your disc.
Summary
A great little programme for downloading a Lot of sites music etc, to your computer....., and then to blank cd/dvd's etc etc.... :)

I would prefer X1000 times to charge a small fee and have this software clean, instead of having their software free and infect my computer with spyware and viruses!

I'm a computer pro, and after trying to avoid all crappy toolbars, it still injects advertiements into the pages. I've never seen this before: DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

It's not even deserving "1 Star" --- Nothing is good here! It can't even deal with Youtube new blockage coding against auomated downloading.
Cons
It will try to install tons of crappie toolbars and softwares... It is difficult for a non-expert to distinguish between a specific installation, where you will install only the "downloader" and a so called "recommended installation mode", where it will fill you browsers with so much craps, it will make you want to throw your computer down de the 29th floor window, because some of these "toolbars" are hiding on your drive. You will feel the need to use Windows' "Restore Functions" to get rid of all that crap... This is what I had to, even if I am computing since 1987.

I am a computer dummy and avoid trying to learn new software . I needed to save some YT vidoes. This software is free and so easy even i can use it. I made a little YT video showing how easy its is to do and posted on my YT channel if you want to watch it. Go to ROBBS HOME MADE LIFE here is the video

Sometimes it will not load the YT video, when that happens I just retry, sometimes it takes more than once, usually this happens when it is asking me to uplad the newest version.
Summary
Free and easy even I can use it.
