Pros: the sound is flawless. i have some music dvd and need to convert them to mp3. they work as expected with no problem and excellent sound quality.
Cons: ask toolbar but you can uninstall this.
Summary: one of the best freeware out there!

"Reliable, good quality, excellent batch facility"
Pros: Does the job every time. Handles those dreaded .dvr-ms files just fine - the answer to a prayer! Good for .mp4 also.
Cons: Pokey interface makes it near impossible to read for older and, doubtless, younger users. Why not possible to fill screen to rectify the readability issue?

Pros: High qualtiy output. Very easy to use.
Cons: Nothing wrong with product. Wish to see a better landing page interface after opening the program. It looks like a text page. Wasn't sure what to next. unnecessary ask.com toobar download.

Pros: Simple, direct, in wav and mp3. multiple urls. it's all i want, all i need.
Cons: the ask.com install is deceptive. the screen looks like a standard "agreement" screen...it is not. just be careful and uncheck
