Pros: Many users never think to defrag their registry...only their hard drive. Free Registry Defrag 2.32 compacts your registry hives, reducing the size of your registry, which boosts your performance! Some utilities have a registry defrag built in as a feature, but they are not free like Free Registry Defrag 2.32 is. Try it today, it's free, and works with Vista, as well as older versions of Windows.

Pros: Very few FREE reg defrags that work with
Vista. This one and CCleaner are good ones. Quick analyization of your system with the use of a progress bar.After that it tells you current registry size,the size it will be after compacting and the amount of space you will save after compacting. I just ran mine and after compacting I will save 11% of space therefor improving the whole systems performance!! Can't go wrong with this one. Try it and see how much room on your registry it will free up. Works great with XP also.
Cons: Doesn't show you what file types it is compacting, very basic info but hey it work great that way.

"It improved the speed of my computer."
Pros: Free registry defrag improves performance, by removing gaps and wasted space in the windows registry files.
1) Analyze the windows registry for fragment.
2) Review the analyzing results.
3) Defrag,compact,optimize the registry and restart the computer.
It compacted my current registry size by 24%. After it defragged the windows registry files, it made my computer operate and run a lot faster.

Pros: Will defrag registry or tell you if it really needs to be done or not.
Cons: Could use a little more analysis tools to go along with it such as showing the defragged hives in registry, etc.

Pros: The installation is quick and simple. The working speed is okay. It does, what it has promised, not more and not less.
Cons: The user-interface could be more compact.
