Pros: I haven't used this program enough to comment on its performance, ease-of-use, etc., although other users seem to be pleased.
Cons: I was a little weirded out by the need to sign up for a Billeo account to activate the Password Manager Plus toolbar. This wasn't the type of utility I was looking for when I downloaded and installed the program. I'm sure many will find the password manager and services useful, but it helps to know of this type of requirement up front.

It is not made clear where your personal information is being stored, locally or at Billeo as some sensitive information that you would expect to be stored locally is in fact uploaded, dodgey, very dodgey.

"Looks good, but crashes IE7 with Data Execution Prevention error"
Pros: Software looks good on features.
Cons: But the installed DLL is not digitally signed, and crashes IE7 on my Windows XP SP2 machine, which is running with DEP enabled.
