"Easy to install, easy to use"
Pros: Installation went smoothly, usage is easy, drop down lists let you select sampling rate and to what format the conversion is to go to. The few tunes I played after they were converted from .FLAC to .WAV, sounded good, no skips

Pros: It's fast, and can do multiple conversions at once. Tons of options to work with. And it's free :-)
Cons: Can't get it to install in English, but it's so easy to use, that it wasn't hard figure it out.
